What I’m thankful for

Let’s celebrate all we accomplished this year

As Thanksgiving approaches, I like to give thanks for the many blessings in my life. I am particularly thankful for you and the many things we accomplished together.

We welcomed Mississippi Baptist Health System to our family and continue to work toward combining our two organizations into one. Baptist North Mississippi will have a new hospital starting Saturday, built with their patients’ comfort and convenience in mind.

The Women’s Health Center of Martin (Tennessee) is now part of Baptist Medical Group, solidifying the group’s presence in an area that needs primary care physicians.

We earned Epic’s first ever 10-star rating and will rejoin BlueCross BlueShield’s Network S in January.

Our preaching mission grew stronger with the debut of the Rev. Jimmy Terry Preaching Series, and the Baptist College of Health Sciences awarded $800,000 in scholarships, strengthening our teaching mission.

Our new eICU began to help heal bodies, while our two new Centers for Good Grief began healing hearts. And our new website makes it easier for people to learn about everything we have to offer.

These remarkable achievements make our patients and communities better. And they would not have been possible without you. Thank you for all you give to Baptist, and may you and your loved ones have a happy, safe Thanksgiving.
