Talking about holiday grief

The holidays aren’t always a joyous season for everyone. And dealing with grief can feel especially overwhelming.

Join Angela Hamblen-Kelly, director of the Kemmons Wilson Family Center for Good Grief, during a Facebook Live broadcast on Dec. 7 at noon as she shares her thoughts on coping with holiday grief.

With three Mid-South locations, the Center for Good Grief offers adults and children free grief support and counseling. Listeners can also learn more about available services during the Facebook Live event.
