What made you decide to join Baptist?
My partners and I decided to joint Baptist because of their philosophy of the doctor’s role in all aspects of health care and decision making. We appreciate their assistance in helping us face the challenges of small practice management. Being part of BMG enables us to be part of the “big picture” of providing excellent patient care in this ever-changing environment.
What do you enjoy doing outside of your job?
Outside of work hours, I enjoy reading literary fiction, cooking, and volunteering in community organizations
What is the highlight of your career?
The highlight of my career is anytime I see a child for a kindergarten physical that I have known since birth, and to follow my patients through their pre-college exams. It is a joy to help my patients and their families as they grow up and go from phase to phase.
Where has your career taken you?
I have practiced pediatrics in New York City, upstate New York and Charlotte, N.C., before coming to Memphis seven years ago.
What would you like for your Baptist colleagues to know about you?
I would like my Baptist colleagues to know that I am looking forward to working with them and am honored to be a part of BMG.
