Pastor Sinquefield leads February preaching series

Danny Sinquefield has served as pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Bartlett, Tennessee, since 1994. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (B.A.), New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity) and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky (Doctor of Ministry).

Pastor Sinquefield serves as a member of the executive committee of the Southern Baptist Convention, as a trustee for Union University, and is a recent past president of the Tennessee Baptist Convention.

He also serves as the TBC west connector for the Tennessee Baptist Convention – a volunteer role that allows him to encourage pastors and leaders in the areas of evangelism, discipleship and spiritual renewal.

Pastor Sinquefield will be the featured speaker at February’s Rev. Jimmy Terry Preaching Series event on Thursday, Feb. 15 from noon to 1 p.m. at Garrett Auditorium on the Baptist Memphis campus. The preaching series honors the late Rev. Jimmy Terry, who served on Baptist’s System Board of Trustees for 25 years and founded Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church and Tabernacle Christian School in Clarksville, Tennessee. On the third Thursday of each month, a speaker delivers a Gospel message, which is broadcast to all Baptist Memorial hospitals.
